They are honest, website is easy to use, prices are good - they are quick to respond to questions.

Been with this company for a few years and never had any issues whatsoever. Customer service is always fast and efficient. Had to make one claim in 5 years and it was hassle free.

As in other years renewal on line presented no problems and premium paid this year ,much cheaper than last year.

Rating insurance companies from with you have never claimed is hard - hoping that if I have to claim this company lives up to its reviews from those who have claimed

Excellent service

Speedy cover for my phone although couldn't combine phone and laptop for same level of cover. I'll have to get that covered separately.

They are really bad and they say they will refund your money if you cancel it during 14 days but they make any excuses to not refund it

I haven’t had to make a claim. Annoying because you can’t manage anything online like updating your payment details or even cancelling the policy.

I was disappointed that the insurance on my old iPhone could not be transferred to my new one. The reason being I had not done the transfer within 12 months of purchasing my new one

Having spent a lot of time filling in my details I am then told phone needs to be less than a year old. This information should have been made clear before I started.
